This place is in a great spot, close to Cheddars restaurant, a construction zone, and San Antonio. It had everything we needed and I'd definitely come back.

The staff here were very friendly and the location was perfect, right next to other attractions and restaurants.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were new-fashioned. Really enjoyed a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea making machines in the room. It was warm, the bed - exceptionally comfortable. The ambience felt really family and the service was excellent.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from common areas and the Cheddars restaurant. The food at the hotel is amazing and well-priced. Romano's Macaroni Grill is close by, making it convenient for lunch.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even though we had some issues with our room. One specific incident stands out – the toilet in our room was broken, but they quickly moved us to a different room to ensure our comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued as guests. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with extra towels and toiletries provided. The large TV screen and nice view added to the overall pleasant experience. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, especially for my child who was excited about the stay. Despite a minor inconvenience with the broken toilet and a limited breakfast options for non-pork eaters, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

I loved the new-fashioned and updated room with a clean bathroom. the hotel is very close to many restaurants, shopping, the soccer tournament, and a tourist area. - the location is convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, from the lobby to the gym and pool area. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby I-35 and attractions like the Natural Bridge Caverns. Plus, there were plenty of places to eat and shop within minutes away. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of warm foods and options. it was a wonderful experience!

The family room here is modern and the location is superb, especially in a tourist hotspot.
